LINE-X Your UTV

If you are reading this chances are you know about the amazing protective abilities of LINE-X for your pickup truck. But a pickup truck is not the only vehicle that can be used to transport materials for you. So what if you want to protect that as well?

Do You Own A UTV?

You might have a Utility Vehicle or UTV on your property or you might have one for your business. They come in all shapes and sizes and can go places that your pickup cannot go. These vehicles have a bed on them and in many ways are very similar to the bed on your pickup truck. 

This bed in many ways is subjected to the same harsh treatment as your truck’s bed is. It transports many of the same materials like wood, rocks, aggregate, soil and more and this bed is exposed to the same weather. Just like with your truck’s bed over time this causes damage from wear and tear or just exposure to the elements. 

Mother Nature Always Wins

Of course this bed is protected when you buy it, either with paint or a powder coat and there is a very good chance that the manufacturer did not skimp on this so you have premium protection. It looks great when you get it but as soon as that first shovel full of rocks or cords of wood hit it the damage starts. It may not be visible immediately but it might. At the same time don’t forget that Mother Nature does not care about the protection and in the end she will always win. 

Your UTV’s bed can get the same dinks, dents and scratches that your truck’s bed can. When the protective coating is broken it can also lead to the same rust and corrosion that your truck’s bed experiences. In the end, just like with your pickup, it will lead to your UTV being less effective and decrease its life expectancy.

So, What Can I Do?

You hopefully have figured out where we are going with this, as LINE-X is the top bedliner available on the market. LINE-X can be applied to more than just pickup trucks, it can also be applied to your UTV’s cargo bed as well!

The process is slightly different as the bed is completely removed from the UTV, which is something that is impractical with a pickup truck. The bed is prepped with a sander to create better adhesion on the surface and everything that does not need to be coated is covered. LINE-X XS-100 coating (the same used on your pickup) is applied to be approximately 125 mils thick on the deck and walls for the same protection that millions of pickup truck owners have come to expect.

Now this Spring when you are laying mulch, putting down stones, cutting wood or doing whatever needs to be done on your property you can use your UTV with confidence knowing that its bed is protected. You won’t have to worry about rust, corrosion or damage and can work with confidence knowing what you are doing is not causing any extra damage. 

LINE-X can also be applied to a roll cage, the frame and body panels to provide added strength and durability if you need to take your UTV off road or just want maximum protection.
